Microworkers pays you for completing simple tasks. Tasks can be a 1 minute simple job like voting in some site, digg(ing), click google ads, visiting some site to writing articles, registering in some site etc. Earnings for each task depend on the task. A simple voting or clicking ads can earn you 0.10$ while writing articles can give you upto $3

Every task has steps on how to complete the task. On completion, member is required to submit proof of completing task like username, link to google ad etc as mentioned in the task requirement. Workers will automatically get paid for tasks rated as "Satisfied".
Other than completing tasks, you can even create task and can use the account money earned for payment of task created.
Earnings
For first time payment request, verification is required i.e. a pin number will be sent to your home address which has to be entered in the site, after which your payment will be processed. This is only one time verification.
